How to vote

Ballots were sent to all eligible members' home address (according to DC37's records) on Nov 5th - they typically arrive in a simple white envelope from the agency conducting the election on behalf of the union, the American Arbitration Association. Ballots must be mailed back to AAA in the pre-addressed envelope and received by Nov 30th at 10am to be counted. If you have not yet received your ballot by Nov 12th, you can call AAA to request a replacement ballot at 800-529-5218 or email them at ElectionSupport@adr.org
